This role will lead global operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), driving stability, performance, and continuous improvement across our digital and commerce ecosystem.

Lead global operations for key digital platforms, including AEM, Adobe Commerce / Magento, and commercetools
Ensure high availability, performance, and operational excellence across all environments
Own incident management, platform reliability, and continuous improvement practices
