What You’ll Do

• Oversee design for the mobile app, employer web portal, and internal admin tools.
• Expand and maintain our design system and visual language.
• Drive design for new initiatives, including an AI financial assistant, card products, lending, and PFM tools.
• Direct marketing collateral, brand evolution, and motion design (managing freelance resources).
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to transform loosely defined requirements into intuitive features.
