To manage and oversee the finance and accounting reporting system, cash flow management, and statutory compliance requirements of Company Land Sdn. Bhd. ensuring effective financial control, accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

Accountabilities

• Perform & supervise related month end financial closing activities.
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts in accordance with the management requirement.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis of financials for management review.
• Ensure the cross charging and costs are allocated appropriately and align with the transfer pricing arrangement.
• Drives changes and improvement to the existing financial reporting pack & analysis.
• Review the Net Realizable Value (NRV) Test on inventory.
• Support development of new tools and improvement processes for improving analytical capabilities to assist in financial reporting. <...
