Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and develop the department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives.
• Manage department activities and oversee the financial monitoring of projects.
• Ensure quality and consistency of offers within the department’s area of expertise.
• Identify opportunities for development, innovation and improvement of department activities.
• Consolidate and strengthen the technical competencies of the department, particularly in the areas of underground works and geotechnics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering. PhD degree is highly appreciated.
• 15 years of proven experience in Geotechnics/Rock Mechanics/Embankment design and construction.
