The Mission We are looking for an experienced strategic leader to run our offshore delivery center as a high-performance consulting engine.

You will be responsible for the dual mandate of Service Delivery Excellence (ensuring profitable, high-quality client outcomes) and Organizational Growth (scaling our talent pool, maintaining culture, and integrating new acquisitions).

You should have 15+ years of experience in IT services and consulting industry, with a deep understanding of billable business models, SOW management, and fixed price versus time and material delivery.

You should have 6+ years of experience managing teams with more than 10 people.
