Job Description

WAS SIE ERWARTET

  • Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Steuerung sowie die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der globalen After-Sales-Strategie in den Regionen

  • Optimierung von Serviceprozessen, Strukturen und Standards in Zusammenhang mit zentralen Funktionen

  • Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit durch kurze Reaktionszeiten, ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz in den Serviceeinheiten und transparenter Kommunikation

  • Monitoring und Reporting relevanter KPI's (Servicequalität, Reklamationsprozess, Kundenzufriedenheit) sowie Budget- und Ressourcenplanung

  • Ausbau digitaler Serviceprodukte und -formate (z.B. Remote Diagnostic, Predictive Maintenance)

    • WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

  • Abgeschlossene betriebwirtschatliche und/oder technische Ausbildung (FH/UNI) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im internationalen Customer Service oder After-Sales Management, idealerweiser in der Industrie oder ähnlicher Branche
