**Your mission**:
As our **Head of Customer Service**, you’ll be responsible for owning and delivering key CS KPIs, managing our vendor partnerships, driving sales through service, and leading CS transformation across all Nordic markets. You’ll lead with vision and energy, ensuring we deliver an outstanding customer experience while optimizing costs and increasing efficiency.
