FM is establishing a structured Custom Content offering across all three licensing brands to deliver original, commissioned work for clients whose needs go beyond existing content.
The Head of Custom Content will establish and lead FM's commissioned-work function across Filmsupply, Stills, and Musicbed. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Production, and Marketing, and holds end-to-end ownership of every custom project. This role blends sales and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as a senior producer with strong sales insight, confidently engaging in client meetings, budget discussions, and production talks.
