Job Description
1. Procurement & Contracts Management:
Manage the service contracts lifecycle, plan and direct the corporate procurement activities, source, negotiate, evaluate and manage enterprise-level agreements with vendors, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements ,develop and maintain operational policies and SOPs, develop annual procurement plans in coordination with business functions, ensure transparent and competitive sourcing practices, lead major negotiations and strategic procurement initiatives, monitor supplier concentration risk and procurement risk exposure, ensure contract lifecycle management and vendor performance governance, manage procurement audits and regulatory reviews.
