• Lead and oversee a large-scale, multi-site contract logistics portfolio, providing strategic direction and operational leadership across multiple facilities.
• Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing leadership team, including General Managers and senior operations leaders.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Business Development, and Solution Design teams to support business growth, large-scale tenders, and successful onboarding of new strategic accounts.
• Drive organizational planning and workforce strategies to ensure operational scalability, leadership succession, and long-term business sustainability.
