Job Title: Head of Construction (Feasibility & Delivery)

Reports to: Director of Programme Delivery

Budget responsibility: Yes

Line management: 2 direct reports (Construction & Delivery Officer, and Site & Property Maintenance Officer, plus Contractors and consultants engaged project-by-project)

Post: 2-year fixed term contract

Location: Home-based with frequent travel across England, Scotland and Wales (including overnight stays). All staff meetings are normally held in our ReStore, Romford.
