This role is responsible for driving enterprise-level execution strategy, portfolio governance, operational excellence, and long-term scalability across large residential and mixed-use development projects.
The Head of Construction will play a critical role in aligning project execution with broader business objectives, ensuring strong delivery outcomes, capital efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable organizational growth. This position goes beyond construction delivery and focuses on building scalable operating models, strengthening governance frameworks, and enabling long-term business performance.
