The Head of Complex Change is accountable for the hands‑on execution and successful delivery of RAKBANK’s most complex, cross‑functional, and strategically critical transformation programmes. The role owns end‑to‑end delivery outcomes—time, scope, and budget—across multi‑platform, multi‑vendor, and multi‑year initiatives with board‑level visibility and CBUAE scrutiny.
