Job Description
Actuate Builders, Inc. (ABI) is hiring a Head of Client Experience (CX) & Marketing Communications to lead our client experience agenda end-to-end β from journey design and NPS infrastructure to proposal collateral standardization and Marcom campaigns that move the pipeline.
This is a Director-level role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. It is a builder's seat: you will design the playbook, ship the tools, and drive adoption across project, sales, and service teams.
What You Will Own
β’ Design and roll out ABI's Client Experience Playbook across the full client journey.
β’ Build a structured client feedback and NPS system, with closed-loop action protocols.
β’ Standardize sales and marketing collaterals across all client-facing teams and bid submissions.
β’ Run focused Marcom campaigns tied to priority accounts and pipeline conversion.
