Job Introduction

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing quality, compliance, governance, clinical excellence, and regulatory performance across Principle Care Homes. The successful candidate will develop and maintain the organisation's quality and governance framework, ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements, lead audits and improvement programmes, and support homes in achieving and maintaining Outstanding care standards.
