We are seeking a strategic, high-energy Head of Bancassurance to lead our partnership expansion and serve as the primary architect for integrating insurance into the modern banking journey.



In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional banking structures and agile tech ecosystems. You will not just manage accounts; you will drive the commercial success of our Bancassurance channel, ensuring our products are digitally native and deeply integrated into our partners' platforms.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end relationship with Bank partners, ensuring our digital insurance products are optimized within their ecosystems.

• Leverage your expertise in B2B/B2C brokerage models (e.g., BDOI, EastWest) to identify new revenue streams and optimize distribution channels.
