The Challenges


Operations Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for Thailand, aligning with the overall operations strategy to progress towards being a premier Order Management provider globally.

  • Ensure successful strategy implementation with positive business outcomes and monitor P&L as a key indicator for optimal operations execution.

  • Oversee all daily commercial and operational activities within Thailand, striving for cost-efficient and sustainable operations to maximize long-term value.

  • Ensure smooth operations and well-executed delivery of activities throughout the year. Deliver all approved projects in Thailand as part of the Southeast Asia strategy.
