Purpose of the role:

The Head of AI Adoption & Enablement is responsible for ensuring AI is effectively deployed and used across HBX, enabling the organization to adopt and scale AI capabilities across all functions. As an AI thought leader for the organization, the role continuously scans the market for emerging AI capabilities to ensure HBX stays at the forefront of practical, secure and scalable AI usage across all functions. Working in close partnership with Technology, the role co‑defines which AI platforms and vendor capabilities are used and how they are applied, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
