Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, the Head of Admissions will oversee and manage the entire admissions process at CIS, ensuring that the school attracts, admits, and retains a diverse and talented student body. This individual will be responsible for setting recruitment strategies, policies, and initiatives to increase enrollment, overseeing the selection process, managing the admissions team, analyzing trends and ensuring a high‑quality experience for prospective students and families.

The Head of Admissions will work closely with school leadership, faculty, and external stakeholders to create a seamless, efficient, and welcoming experience for all applicants. The role requires strategic leadership, data‑driven decision‑making, and close collaboration with all stakeholders. This sales‑led role is critical to the success of CIS growth plan.
