Key Responsibilities

⁠⁠Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations across Tan Wei Credit and Tan Wei Auto. •⁠
⁠⁠Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis. •⁠
⁠⁠Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financing facility monitoring. •⁠
⁠⁠Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and workflow controls across financing processes. •⁠
⁠⁠Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and strategic insights to support management decision-making, financial planning, business growth, and operational improvement. •⁠
⁠⁠Support annual audit exercises and liaise with external auditors. •⁠
⁠Oversee team performance, reporting structures, and KPI management. •⁠
