POSITION GOALS

The Head Nurse is responsible for providing professional and continuous nursing care while promoting and restoring residents’ health through effective nursing management and compassionate service.



The role includes:

Supervising Caregivers and Nurses

Coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Ensuring accurate and complete medical treatment

Supporting residents and families physically and emotionally

Maintaining high-quality nursing care standards
