Job Accountabilities

To set-up operating structure and formalize business plan, budget design, target setting, manpower planning, development of incentive scheme, sourcing and managing of talent and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency towards delivering superior sales performance and overall profitable mortgage in alignment to the management strategic objective and aspiration.

To take accountability for overall P & L of mortgage book by effective cost management within Mortgage Business and continue to monitor spending at CCM and FCAD with emphasizing on staff productivity.

To champion compliance within the area of accountability from sales initiation i.e., acquisition in compliance with the annual credit plan, policies, guidelines & management directive. Outline and cascade Mortgage “Know Your Customer” (KYC) framework and compliance tools to build a strong defense at frontline.
