Position Summary

Commonpoint Bay Terrace Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Head Lifeguard to support the management team in overseeing aquatic operations at the facility. The Head Lifeguard plays a key leadership role in maintaining a safe, well‑supervised aquatic environment and assisting with the pool’s daily operations and lifeguard staff.

This position works closely with the BTC Senior Director, Pool Club Managers, and Aquatics Manager to ensure proper staffing coverage, safety compliance, and high‑quality service for members and guests.
