Job Description

• To provide technical and administrative leadership for the effective execution of legal functions to ensure the company’s compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide input into the development of legal and institutional policies and strategies

• Lead the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives

• Represent the company in all legal and administrative proceedings

• Ensure the proper interpretation of laws, regulations and company policies

• Oversee the drafting, review and management of legal documents and contracts
