In this full-time, permanent role based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for leading and managing the human resource function across the organisation.

• Developing and implementing the HR strategy to support the overall business objectives
• Working closely with KPJ Shared Services on recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees
