Duties Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the Guiding Department Managing; Overseeing and Disciplining Staff in the Guiding Department Staff training and development All administrative duties pertaining to the Guiding Department Daily Game Drives & Bush walks Hosting Duties Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed Providing sound leadership in the Rangers department to ensure that all guests have an exceptional and value-added safari experience during all game drives. Ensuring all field guides perform their duties in a manner that fully complies with legislation pertaining to FGASA, DEAT and the reserve that we operate in. Ensure the company’s ethos and culture is maintained in the Rangers department.
