Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive)
The candidate should have work experience in listed companies, especially in handling RPT, SEBI, and LODR

Compliance and Reporting
Lead finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure strong internal financial controls and adherence to SOPs and statutory requirements.
Drive implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Interaction with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
Support requirements of the Audit Committee, CFO, CEO, Board of Directors, and Promoters through timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
