Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Road mapping: Translate strategic objectives into an integrated change roadmap, including digital, compliance, sustainability, and people initiatives. Incorporate Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and Sustainability transformation goals into the broader change agenda in alignment with the bank’s sustainability charter. Partner with sustainability teams to embed green behaviors, ESG metrics, and stakeholder readiness into transformation planning.
• Governance & Risk Management: Design a change governance structure that includes oversight of sustainability change programs and people-related engagement initiatives. Manage risks related to both operational execution and cultural transformation. Ensure alignment with regulatory and ESG reporting frameworks where applicable.
