Market State properties to potential new market players through promoting State properties as unique real estate assets.
Curate tenant mix for unique asset type including integrated community buildings.
Rejuvenate State properties to meet market needs and emerging trends through engagement with stakeholders.
Direct, lead and collaborate with other agencies on strategic properties and projects.
Work and collaborate with other government agencies to contribute to the land use planning and development of Singapore.
Explore strategies of allocating State properties such as the execution of Price and Quality tenders through careful curation of the quality criteria/aspects.
