Role Overview

Dalhousie Public School seeks an experienced and strategic residential leader to head the school’s boarding operations. The Head Boarding Housemaster/Housemistress will be responsible for the overall leadership, administration, supervision, and development of the boarding programme, ensuring consistency in standards, student welfare, staff management, and residential culture across all boarding houses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the school’s boarding programme.
• Supervise and mentor all Boarding Housemasters/Housemistresses and residential staff.
• Establish and monitor boarding systems, policies, discipline frameworks, and operational standards.
