Position Summary:
The Head Bancassurance is responsible for driving and scaling up insurance business across the various channels within the organization. He / She will be product lead for Group credit life and general insurance.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to integrate, scale, and grow the Life and General Insurance business within the organization.
Drive maximum penetration of insurance products, including Life and General across customer segments.
Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal governance frameworks.
Conduct regular governance meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders and insurance partners, as per business requirements.
Ensure 100% adherence to defined sales management processes and control mechanisms.
