Job Accountabilities

• Attain sales, asset quality and loan growth targets for Hire Purchase (“HP”).
• Develop and implement action plans to drive HP products and services.
• Responsible for overall administration of Auto Finance Centre.
• Plan, implement and supervise HP marketing activities and sales tactics to achieve targets set by Management.
• Lead, coach, motivate, train and facilitate the team to achieve set targets.
• Acquire and build close rapport with vehicle dealers for continuous support.
• Oversee sales delivery to customers and dealers as per defined SLA.
• Coordinate the cross‑selling and referral for other product owners and to ensure that referrals are followed through within the defined SLA.
• Control and manage operating cost of the Auto Finance Centre without compromising inefficiency and effectiveness.
