Our Oracle team are looking for a HCM Functional Consultant /Senior Consultant to join our Auckland or Wellington team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established and growing Oracle team and help leading organisations transform their technology and people processes. You will help clients design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that improve workforce experience, streamline operations, and enable better decision-making. Working as part of Deloitte’s leading Oracle practice in New Zealand, you will contribute to complex transformation programmes across a range of industries. We are open to candidates with strong Oracle Cloud HCM experience, as well as high-performing HCM professionals from other leading platforms who are looking to build their Oracle capability in a consulting environment.
