Position: HCC Coder / Auditor
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of CDI experience

Requirements:
Experience in HCC Coding (Risk Adjustment).
Hands-on experience in Prospective Coding.
Strong knowledge of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) in the outpatient setting.
Minimum 1.5 years of CDI experience is mandatory.
Good understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and HCC risk adjustment methodologies.
Ability to review medical records and identify documentation gaps and opportunities.
For Auditors: Experience in coding audits, quality reviews, feedback, and training support is preferred.
