At Huon, we’re proud to be leaders in sustainable aquaculture - and right now, we have two exciting opportunities to join our Freshwater Operations team in the stunning Huon Valley.

We’re recruiting for full-time Hatchery Attendants across two unique sites:
• Our large, state-of-the-art freshwater facility in Judbury
• Our original, nostalgic hatchery in Lonnavale

Both roles work a 7 days on / 7 days off roster- the ultimate lifestyle balance, giving you half the year off to enjoy Tasmania.

These sites are remote, so reliable transport is essential.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in supporting hatchery operations and ensuring the health and welfare of our fish stock is maintained to the highest standard.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a passionate team helping raise the next generation of premium Huon salmon.
