What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive export sales growth across Sub-Saharan Africa or assigned export markets
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned to company objectives
• Identify new market opportunities distributers and key accounts
• Support the marketing team to define the portfolio and assortment strategy by country/channel
• Manage pricing strategy, margins and profitability
• Build long term customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
• Deliver annual sales targets, budgets and forecasts Distributer and Channel Management
• Appoint, manage and develop distributers in export territories
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking
