Windows on Arm Validation technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing computer hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in computer hardware and software. Responsibilities Support WOA Validation Engineering team for testing and validation Perform basic computer setup and maintenance, including computer disassembly and assembly, WOA installation and driver installation/upgrade, BIOS flash/upgrade Run testing and perform issue troubleshooting and reporting Conduct reported issue reproduction and validation, collect and analyse test logs, generic triage & debug Complete all test requests on time and communicate revised schedules as necessary Utilize software tools such as bug tracking tools, databases, and others as required Submit bugs into tracking...
