Job Overview


  • Ensure full statutory, mandatory, and contractual compliance

  • Lead all hard service disciplines across site

  • Support the FM team to deliver high‑quality services to clients and customers

  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships and provide FM resilience

  • Optimise systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce energy use

  • Develop understanding of contract commercial and delivery frameworks

  • Manage PPM and reactive works to meet SLAs and KPIs

  • Line manage engineering teams to maximise productivity

  • Drive % PDA usage through training, auditing, and compliance
