Social Work Intern Responsibilities:


Research & Program Development
+ Support implementation of baseline and post-intervention assessments for Hang Out SDH members. Summarize and enter data for the research department.
+ Review research summaries from previous years and note any trends.
+ Implement HFM’s annual feedback survey at the end of the social year for Hang Out, Level I, Jr. Alumni and Alumni members.
+ Partake in an annual SWOT to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to guide project planning and program focus for the following year.
+ Identify, assess, and apply to private funding streams (grant writing).


Compliance
+ Schedule meetings with representatives from various parts of the agency.
