Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Attend to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain properties in a safe, clean, and presentable condition at all times
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organised, and in good working condition
- Take responsibility and accountability for all issued tools and equipment, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping
- Use materials and products efficiently and according to manufacturer guidelines
- Provide feedback regarding recurring maintenance issues and potential upgrades
