This is ahands-on Risk, Compliance & Legal role supporting the COO / Head of Operations. The remit is broad, practical, and execution-focused — ideal for someone who wants real ownership rather than a narrow compliance silo.

What You’ll Do

• Support ongoing compliance withMAS regulatory requirements applicable to asset managers
• Review and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Assist withSMA and client agreement reviews , flagging regulatory and legal risks
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and interactions with external advisors
