Maintenance Officer - FE College

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our team at a busy Further Education (FE) college. You'll be part of an established team of four , helping to ensure our campus remains safe, functional, and welcoming for staff and students.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands‑on position where no two days are the same . You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the college buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and repairs across the site
• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
• Assisting with facilities setup for events and classroom changes
• Working collaboratively with the wider estates team
