Lead Generation & Cold Email Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for a hands‑on Lead Generation Specialist who can own our cold email outreach end‑to‑end. This is an execution role, not a strategy‑only role. You’ll work directly with the founders and help us consistently generate qualified leads for our software services and staff augmentation offerings.

What You’ll Do

• Build targeted lead lists (LinkedIn, Apollo, Skrapp, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Clean and verify emails to maintain high deliverability
• Set up and manage cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar)
• Warm up inboxes and monitor spam health
• Launch, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns
• Personalize first lines at scale (manual + AI‑assisted)
• Track replies, book meetings, and update CRM / sheets
• Continuously improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
