Job Description
Become a key technical partner as a Customer Solutions Engineer, bridging the gap between engineering and customer needs. Tackle complex development issues while supporting Enterprise clients in a remote-first setting.
In this position, you will leverage your extensive technical knowledge to diagnose and solve real-world challenges faced by customers. You'll interact with various development environments and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams while ensuring high-quality support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities: β’ Diagnose and resolve issues in customer environments β’ Liaise between customers and internal teams for solutions β’ Translate concerns into actionable documentation in Jira β’ Develop support content for improved customer education β’ Enhance internal documentation and tool efficiency
