- Conduct GAP analysis between Halal standards (Thailand, Indonesia, and other applicable countries) and company practices, and implement required actions in coordination with relevant departments.
- Review, revise, and continuously improve company procedures to ensure compliance with Halal standards and related regulations.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and technical support on the Halal system and related quality management systems.
- Study, interpret, and monitor Halal regulations of different countries as well as customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare Halal audit plans, audit schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Plan and conduct Halal awareness and training programs for employees at all relevant levels.
- Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits for Halal standards (e.g., CICOT, BPJPH).
