Responsibilities

Consultation & Advice

• Interview clients to understand hair goals and preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations for hairstyles and hair care routines based on hair type, texture, and facial features.

Hair Services

• Perform hair treatments including shampooing, conditioning, cutting, trimming, coloring (dyes, tints, bleaches), straightening, perming, and styling.
• Maintain skills in modern and trending hairstyles.

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Recommend and cross-sell hair care and styling products to clients.
• Advise clients on appropriate products for maintaining hair health and style at home.
