Overview
We are seeking a Head of Hydro Power to lead and grow our presence within the hydro energy market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, overseeing bid activity, and ensuring successful delivery across the full contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the commercial strategy for the Hydro division, driving market growth and positioning the business within the sector
Lead all business development and sales activity, identifying and securing new opportunities
Oversee the full bid and tendering process, ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions
Negotiate complex contracts and maintain strong commercial oversight
Act as the senior point of contact for key hydro clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
