Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue.
  • Also responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and/ or issues with clients, employees, etc. of such handled accounts.
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager or if any problems that may arise.
  • Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing account.
  • Work closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status thus identifying potential issues and/or opportunities.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business,
