The Installation Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCC) will serve as the brigade (BDE) Lead SCC and the principal advisor to the Brigade Performance Director (PD) on physical performance optimization. This role is integral to the enhancement of Soldier physical readiness and operational effectiveness.

**In this role, you will:**
