This role combines hands‑on coaching, team leadership, and sales ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in both fitness delivery and business performance.

• Design and deliver safe, effective training programs tailored to seniors (50+)
• Develop recovery-focused programs in collaboration with physiotherapy principles
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs based on mobility, injury history, and goals
• Ensure a high standard of coaching, safety, and client experience
